Comfortable twin studio with a good kitchen, but bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

Well priced place, had a very lovely stay for our entire visit. It had an excellent and exceptionally nice location near the big mall, Supermarket, and Countdown.
Everything was superb.

The place was quiet little and restaurant was pretty good. Apartment was with an electric kettle, a microwave, and climate control. The staff were amicable, the location was handy. There were shopping malls and a local supermarket around the hotel.

Here's what worked, and what didn't
The rooms here are super clean! Plus the air-conditioning was a blessing after our long day.
Be warned, parking can get tricky at peak times, and we faced some noise from the main road too.

The location was close to everything and it is very quiet at night. A nice touch is carports to park your car under.
This motel does not have Sky tv or WiFi even though these are advertised. The place is very retro and the showers are terrible.

The access point is a sharp turn off a bustling road-drive carefully!!! No additional coat hangers or bedside tables in my room, and it could definitely use more hooks for convenience!!!

Staying here with friends was really fun! The place was super clean, and the kitchen amenities made it easy to prepare our meals. We enjoyed the close proximity to the shopping center, perfect for grabbing snacks. The beds were really comfortable too, a huge plus after our long days exploring nearby attractions.
While everything was mostly great, be prepared for some tight parking. It was a bit tricky finding a spot at times, especially with our larger vehicle.

The fact is was close to the East Tamaki campus where I was studying. Also that the parking was great. Big plus factor. It is really close to Sylvia park as well. The man that served me was friendly
I think there facilities need an up-date. Having a shower curtain, and not a door was a real surprise to me. Also having a two tap system for the shower was a surprise to me

The double studio was clean and had been modernised, with high-quality kitchen appliances, made preparing meals convenient. The full Sky TV package with a wide variety of channels was an unexpected delight. While parking could be tricky at times, the close proximity to a supermarket was handy. The noise from the main road was noticeable but manageable due to the effective double glazing.
